Do I need a huge following to apply?+
No. We care more about the work than the follower count. If your last 10 posts are sharp, that beats 100K followers and a meh feed. Show us three things you're proud of.
Is this a full-time job?+
It can be, but most of our creators do this on top of school or another job. You pick your hours. We pick the deliverables that fit your bandwidth.
Do I need to be in school?+
No. Students, current athletes, former players, super-fans — all welcome. The application has a branch if you are in school so we can ask about your studies and graduation timeline.
How long does the application take?+
Around 10 minutes if you do it right. The application is long on purpose. We only work with people who are serious.
What happens after I submit?+
We review weekly. If we see a fit, we'll reach out on the email you gave us within 14 days. Even if we pass for now, we keep your application on file — we revisit when new niches open up.
